For one week each September, Midtown Manhattan becomes the most complicated place in the world to move people. Frozen zones, motorcades, rolling closures, credential checkpoints. CTC has operated through it for years — executive sedans to full delegation motorcoach programs, coordinated from our New York headquarters.

Frozen Zones & Rolling Closures
First Avenue closes around the UN campus, with a security perimeter extending into the East 40s. Motorcades trigger rolling closures across Midtown with no advance notice. We build pickup and drop points at the working edge of the perimeter and adjust in real time.

Hotel Access & Staging
Delegation hotels operate under their own security posture during UNGA week — restricted curbs, screened vehicle lists, limited staging. We coordinate directly with hotel security and door teams so your vehicle is where it should be, cleared to be there.

Airport Operations
JFK, LGA, Newark, Teterboro, and Westchester all surge during arrival and departure windows. Meet-and-greet coordination, FBO handling for private aviation, and buffer-built scheduling keep arrivals smooth when half the world lands in the same 72 hours.

Real-Time Dispatch
Conditions change hourly during High-Level Week. CTC dispatch monitors closures and reroutes continuously, with live trip status and a single coordinator as your point of contact — not a queue, not an app chatbot.

Mini Coach & Motorcoach Programs
24–55 passengers per vehicle. Staff shuttles, delegation movements, side-event transfers, and multi-day as-directed programs are built to spec and priced as a custom proposal — with on-site coordination and dedicated dispatch included.
Rates apply to travel completed during the UNGA 2026 event window and are subject to the event terms below. Additional stops, wait time beyond included allowances, and late-night surcharges quoted at booking. All bookings receive instant online confirmation.

Event Terms & Conditions
UNGA week runs on different rules.
Major-event dates carry event-specific terms. We publish them up front because surprises are the one thing we don't deliver.
Event Window
These terms apply to all service performed September 21 – October 1, 2026. Standard CTC terms apply outside this window.
Cancellation
Sedan and SUV transfers: full refund if cancelled 48 hours or more before pickup. Sprinter transfers: 72 hours. Coach and multi-vehicle programs: per the executed program agreement. Inside the window, bookings are billed in full — event-week capacity is committed and cannot be resold.
Minimums
Hourly as-directed service carries a 3-hour minimum (sedan/SUV) and 4-hour minimum (Sprinter) during the event window. Coach programs carry a 5-hour daily minimum.
Road Closures & Delays
Security closures, motorcades, and checkpoint delays are outside CTC's control. We build routing and buffers around the published security footprint, but transit times during High-Level Week are estimates, not guarantees. Wait time caused by security holds is billed at the applicable hourly rate after the included allowance.
Wait Time
Airport pickups include 45 minutes of wait time after landing (domestic) and 60 minutes (international). All other pickups include 15 minutes. Additional wait billed in 30-minute increments at the hourly rate.
Payment
Online bookings are secured by credit card with instant confirmation. Group and delegation programs require a deposit at contract signing; direct-bill terms available for approved corporate accounts.
