The tennis center sits inside Flushing Meadows Corona Park with designated for-hire vehicle zones that shift with tournament operations. Our chauffeurs work the correct staging areas daily and coordinate your pickup point by text before the session ends — you walk out and get in.

Rates apply to travel completed during the 2026 tournament window and are subject to the event terms below. Pickups outside Manhattan quoted at booking. Additional stops and wait time beyond included allowances quoted at booking. All bookings receive instant online confirmation.

Event Terms & Conditions
Tournament weeks run on different rules.
Major-event dates carry event-specific terms. We publish them up front because surprises are the one thing we don't deliver.
Event Window
These terms apply to all service performed August 23 – September 13, 2026. Standard CTC terms apply outside this window.
Cancellation
Sedan and SUV: 24 hours' notice. Sprinter: 48 hours' notice. 24-passenger mini coach: 3 days' notice. 40- and 55-passenger motorcoach: 4 days' notice. Inside the notice window, bookings are billed in full — tournament-week capacity is committed and cannot be resold.
Session Standby
Round-trip bookings are all-inclusive 6-, 7-, or 8-hour packages with your chauffeur standing by on-site between transfers — no surge pricing, no pickup queue. Time beyond the booked block is billed at the applicable hourly rate, so build your package around the session you're attending (night sessions can run long).
Minimums
Round-trip US Open packages are offered in 6-, 7-, and 8-hour all-inclusive blocks. Coach and multi-vehicle program minimums are set in the program agreement.
Traffic & Venue Operations
Tournament-week congestion, venue access changes, and NYPD traffic operations are outside CTC's control. We schedule around the session calendar and route dynamically, but transit times during the tournament are estimates, not guarantees.
Wait Time
Airport pickups include 45 minutes of wait time after landing (domestic) and 60 minutes (international). Non-standby pickups include 15 minutes. Additional wait billed in 30-minute increments at the hourly rate.
Payment
Online bookings are secured by credit card with instant confirmation. Group and hospitality programs require a deposit at contract signing; direct-bill terms available for approved corporate accounts.
